
Ingredients
To Make The Dip
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, seeds removed, grated and water squeezed out
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp sweet basil leaves, chopped
To Serve The Dip
- a handful of spring onions chopped, to garnish
Method
Step1: To Make The Dip
(1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together for the dip.
Step2: To Serve The Dip
(2) Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with spring onions.
