2 ½ tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder

Soak the bulgur wheat in a bowl with hot water for 15 minutes.

Drain it completely.

In a bowl, add the bulgar wheat and tomatoes.

Next, add the cucumber.

Then, add the cottage cheese and onions.

Then, add the walnuts and peanuts.

Add the coriander and spring onions.

Next, add the lettuce.

For the dressing, start by adding the cinamon.

Then, the lemon juice.

Add the olive oil.

Next, add the salt.

Finally, add the pepper.

Mix well to combine.

Serve immediately.
