
Ingredients (for the salad)
3 cups raw mango, julienne
1/2 cup capsicum and onions, julienne
1/2 cup carrots, julienne
1/2 cup peanuts/cashew nuts, crushed
coriander, to garnish
lettuce leaves, to serve
2-3 small red chilies, diced
Ingredients (for the dressing)
2 dry red chilies, crushed
3-4 cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp honey
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
Method
This is the list of ingredients.


In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing.

In a big bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad.

Pour the dressing on top, and toss well.

In a serving bowl, make a lettuce base at the bottom.

Put the salad on top.

Add the cashew nuts.

Next, add the peanuts.

Serve fresh.
