
Ingredients
1/4 cup condensed milk
250 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
4-5 drops yellow colour
2-3 drops kewra essence
1 tsp ghee
a pinch of cardamom powder
a few strands of saffron
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

Add the paneer to the blender.

Coarsely grind it.

In a non stick pan, add the ghee.

Heat it.

Then, add the condensed milk.

After a couple of minutes, add the paneer.

Stir it in completely.

Add half of the yellow food colour.

After a few minutes of continuous stirring, the mixture should start to leave the pan.

When it finally completely leaves the plan, take it off the heat.

Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down completely.

Grease your hands with ghee, take a small amount and form it into a ball.

Put it in a small cupcake liner.

Do the same for the entire mixture.

Dip a small bottle cap into the leftover colour.

Place it gently on each of the ladoos.

Add a little cardamom on each ladoo.

Serve fresh.
