
Ingredients
– 3cups paneer, small cubes
– 1 big onion, chopped
– 1green bell pepper, chopped
– a bunch of spring onions, chopped
– 2tbsp sesame seeds
– oil, to deep fry
– 1tsp ginger, chopped
– 1tsp garlic, chopped
– 1green chili, deseeded and chopped
– 2red chilies, deseeded and chopped
– oil, to deep fry
Ingredients (for the marinade)
– 1tbsp ginger
– 1tbsp garlic
– water, as needed
– 1tbsp soy sauce
– 2tbsp chili sauce
– 1tbsp vinegar
– 2tbsp cornflour
– 2tbsp plain flour
– salt and pepper, to taste
Ingredients (for the sauce)
– 3tbsp cornflour
– 3tbsp tomato ketchup
– 3tbsp chili sauce
– 1 ½tbsp soy sauce
– 100ml vegetable stock (you can also use water)
– salt and pepper (if needed)
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


Take the garlic and ginger, add water and give it a few pulses in the blender.

Take a clean bowl.

To that, add the salt.

Then, add the pepper.

Next, add the soy sauce.

Then, add the vinegar.

Add the ginger and garlic paste.

Finally, add the chili sauce and give it a stir.

Add the paneer.

Coat the paneer with the marinade.

Take a clean zip lock bag.

To that, add the cornflour.

Then, add the plain flour.

Next, add the salt.

Then, add the pepper.

Give it a good mix.

Add the paneer to the zip lock bag.

Give it a good mix and let it marinate for a few hours.

Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Gently, drop the paneer pieces one by one into the hot oil.

Deep fry all of the paneer. Line a plate with a kitchen towel and drain off the excess oil.

Take a clean bowl.

To that, add the chili sauce.

Then , add the tomato ketchup.

Add the soy sauce.

Next, add the corn flour.

Finally, add a little vegetable stock or water.

Mix everything in together.

In a pan, add oil.

Then, add the ginger.

Next, add the garlic.

Add the red and green chilies.

Saute for a couple of minutes.

Add the capsicum.

Then, add the onions.

Cook for a few minutes.

Next, add the paneer.


Add the prepared sauce.

Give it a good mix. Make sure that all of the vegetables and paneer are coated in the sauce.

Add the spring onions.

Finally, add the sesame seeds.

Mix everything in and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds again before serving.

Serve hot.
