
Ingredients
– 1 cup condensed milk, sweetened
– 500gms cottage cheese (paneer)
– 3 – 4 green cardamoms, powdered
– handful of pistachios, thinly cut
– 3 – 4tbsp milk powder
– saffron strands, to garnish
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

In a bowl, add the paneer and crumble with roughly with your hands.

Add ghee to a non stick pan.

To that, add the condensed milk. Cook for about a minute.

Then, add the paneer, mix it in thoroughly and cook for a few minutes more.

Then, add the milk powder.

Cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Add the cardamom powder, mix it in and take it off the heat.

Add ghee to a cake tin and spread it around to completely coat the tin.

Put the hot mixture into the tin.

With a spatula, even out the top.

Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.

Next, add the saffron strands on top of the pistachios.

Let it cool down completely, and then, gently with a big spatula, remove from the pan and lay it flat on a plate. With a clean knife, cut it into small pieces.
