
Ingredients
2cup cottage cheese, cubed
3 tomatoes, chopped fine
1 cup cashews
1tbsp ginger
1 green chili, deseeded and chopped fine
1tbsp cumin seeds
handful of coriander, to sprinkle on top
2tbsp oil
1tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp cumin powder
pink salt, to taste
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a pan, add oil.

Next, add the ginger.

Then, add the cumin seeds.

Add the green chilies.

Stir for a minute and add the tomatoes.

Cook for a few minutes till the water from the tomatoes evaporates.

Next, add the cashew nuts.

Then, add the coriander powder.

Next, add the cumin powder.

Add the pink salt.

Finally, add the paneer.

Give it a good mix and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander on top.

Serve hot.
