
Ingredients
750 gms chicken, cleaned and cut into 9-10 pieces
3 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
salt, to taste
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 inch giner, cut julienne
1 green chili, deseeded and chopped fine
2 tsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp cream, to garnish
Method
This is the list of ingredients.



To a pan, add the coriander seeds.

Saute them till they turn a little brown.

Transfer them onto a plate and let them cool completely.

Once cooled, transfer them onto a mortar and pestle.

Bash them until they resemble a coarse powder. You can also use a grinder for this.
Make sure that they are coarsely ground.

To a pan, add ghee.

Then, add the red chilies.

Cook them till they turn tender.

Add the onions.

Then, add the carom seeds.

Saute the onions till they turn brown.

Next, add the ginger and garlic.

Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Then, add the tomatoes.

Add the tomato puree.

Then, add the freshly ground coriander.
Add the garam masala.

Then, add the red chili powder.

Next, add the coriander powder.

Add the salt.

Then add the cumin powder and give it a good mix.

Next, add the chicken.


Give it a good mix and cook the chicken till done, stirring occasionally. This should take about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green chilies on top.

Mix them in and take it off the heat.

Serve hot.
