
Ingredients
½kg chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp soy sauce
1tsp vinegar
2tbsp oil
2tbsp palm sugar
3-4 red chilies, chopped fine
3-4 cloves garlic
1 big onion, cut into thin slices
1½ cup basil
spring onions, chopped fine, to garnish
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


Take a clean bowl.

To that, add the chicken.

Then, add the fish sauce.

Next, add the soy sauce.

Add the garlic.

Then, add the ginger.

Add the palm sugar.

Finally, add the vinegar.

Mix everything in and make sure the sauce coats the chicken completely. Marinate the chicken for 4-5 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

To a pan, add the oil.

Add the marinated chicken.

Cook the chicken on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or till tender.

Then, add the chopped red chili.


Finally, add the basil leaves.

Mix everything in.

Remove the chicken into a bowl.

To the same pan, add the onions.

Saute the onions till they turn translucent.

Add the cooked chicken to the onions.

Saute for a couple of minutes and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions on top. Serve hot.
