
Ingredients
1kg carrots, grated
600ml sweetened condensed milk
200gms khoya, crumbled
¾ – 1cup ghee
1cup mixed nuts
2tsp cardamom powder
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

Into a pan, add the ghee. Let it melt down completely.

Once it has melted, add the carrots.

Mix the carrots in with the ghee.

Put on the lid and let it cook, stirring occasionally.

Cook the carrots on a medium flame, till the water evaporates from them.

This is how they should look like when done.

Next, add the condensed milk.

Let it cook on a medium flame, stirring occasionally.

Once the condensed milk and the carrots have cooked, add the chopped nuts.

Next, add the khoya and mix it in.

Take it off the heat, and add the cardamom powder.

Mix it in.

Sprinkle with chopped cashew nuts on top.

Serve hot.
