
Ingredients
1 cup almond/soy milk
½ cup cashews
¼ medium bell pepper, charred and chopped fine
¼ medium onion, chopped fine and sautéed
¼ cup nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt, to taste
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a blender, add the almond milk.

Then, add the oil.

Next, add the lemon juice.

Add the red capsicum.

Then, add the onions.

Add the nutritional yeast.

Next, add the cornflour.

Add the cashews.

Finally, add the salt.

And blend into a smooth paste.

Pour this into a pan.

And heat it on a medium flame for about 5-7 minutes, or till the mixtures thickens considerably.

This is how it should look like when done.

Pour it into a greased mould, and let it set in a refrigerator overnight.

Invert it onto a cheese board.

I used this cheese for the topping on my pizza.
