
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1 cup pomegranate
3tbsp butter
a few slices of bread, to serve
garlic and dry red chili chutney, to serve
2tbsp oil
1tsp dabeli powder
1tsp cumin seeds
salt, to taste
a handful of coriander, chopped
a pinch of hing
sev or bhujiya to garnish
2tbsp of peanuts, to garnish
Method
This is the list of ingredients.


To a pan, add the oil, hing, cumin seeds and dabeli masala.

Saute for a minute and add the mashed potatoes.

Cook the potatoes along with the masala for a few minutes.

Add a little water, mix it in.

This is how it should look like when completely mixed.

Take 2 slices of round breads. On one, add the potato mixture and red chutney on the other.

On the bread with the potato mixture, add some onions.

Then, add the coriander and peanuts.

Add the pomegranates.

Finally, add the sev, cover with the other bread slice.

With a little butter or oil, cook it on both sides.


Serve hot.
