
Ingredients
1 pita bread
½ medium cucumber, cubed
½ cup lettuce, roughly cut
1tbsp parsley, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, cubed
4 tbsp spring onions
a few sprigs of mint/coriander
handful of olives (optional)
small block of feta cheese
Dressing
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
½ cup olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
This is the list of ingredients.

Toast the pita bread and break it into bite sized pieces.
Take a big bowl. Add the lettuce as the base.

Then, add the onions.

Next, add the cucumber.

Then, the tomatoes.

Add the spring onions.

Finally, add the pita bread pieces.

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.

Add this dressing to the salad and mix well. You can also add olives and feta cheese for a tangier taste.

Transfer it to a clean bowl and serve.

Assemble the salad just before serving by combining all the ingredients for the salad, and then pour the dressing over it.
