
Ingredients
250 gms chicken, cut into large pieces
salt, to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
½ cup cream
½ cup yogurt
ghee, to brush on top
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


To the chicken, add the masalas.

Then, add the cardamom powder.

Add the black pepper.

Next, add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Add the cream.

Finally, add the yogurt.


And mix everything in.

Put the chicken pieces on a skewer and put them on a bread pan. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, making sure to turn in between so that the chicken is cooked from all sides.

Brush with butter on top and serve hot.
