1 red capsicum
2 tbsp bread crumbs/crackers
½ cup walnuts
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp sugar
1 ¼ tsp olive oil
salt to taste

Roast the capsicum on an open flame.

Next, you can wither soak it in cold water or wait for it to cool and run it under tap water, and then peel the outer skin off.

Remove the seeds and add this to a blender.

Next, add the walnuts.

Add the sugar.

Then, the spices, along with the salt.

Blend it throughly and add the olive oil towards the end in a thin stream.

Garnish with toasted walnuts on top and serve.
