Tea Masala

Ingredients

3 tbsp cloves (lavang)

1/4 cup cardamom (elaichi)

2 sticks cinnamon (dalchini)

1/4 cup dried ginger powder (sonth)

1 tsp nutmeg powder (jaiphal)

3 tbsp big fennel seeds (saunf)

Method

This is the list of ingredients.

Add all of the above ingredients to a grinder.

Grind them to a smooth powder.

Store the teas masala in an airtight container up to a few months.
