2 cups potatoes, chopped
1 cup beans, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
a big bunch of coriander, chopped
1 cup peas, chopped
2 cups bread crumbs
oil, as required
water, as required
2tsp ginger, chopped fine
1tsp red chili powder
2tsp cumin powder
2tsp coriander powder
2tsp chaat masala
salt, as needed
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


Take a heavy bottom pot.

To that, add the potatoes.

Then, add the beans.

Next, add the onions.

Then, add the carrots.

Add the cabbage.

Next, add the broccoli.

Finally, add the cabbage.

Add enough water to cook the vegetables.

And cook them through completely.

Transfer them to a non stick pan and sauté them till all of the water evaporates.

Transfer them to a bowl and mash them.

Add the peas.

Then, add the coriander.

Next, add the breadcrumbs.

Add the ginger.

Then. add the cumin powder.

Next, add the red chili powder.

Add the salt.

Then, add the coriander powder.

Next, add the chaat masala.

Mix it in completely.

Grease your palms with a little oil and shape them.

Grease a baking tray with oil and lay them on the tray. Refrigerate them for a couple of hours.

In a non stick pan, add the oil.

Shallow or deep fry the tikkis till done.

Drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Serve hot.
