Ingredients
20 gms sago
25 gms sugar
2 pieces/2-3 drops of pandan/rosewater/vanilla
1 honey dew, cut into small pieces
250 gms coconut milk
100 ml evaporated milk
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

Soak the sago in water overnight.

The next morning drain out the excess water.

Lay the sago flat on a plate.

Cover with clingfilm and keep it aside for about 2 hours.

In a pan, add some water and rinse it out.

This helps the liquid in the pan to not stick at the bottom.

Add the evaporated milk and stir it in.

Next, add the coconut milk.

Finally add the sago.

Cook it on medium heat till the mixture thickens.

Add the rose water. Once the below consistency is reached, take it off the heat.

Let it cool down completely and then add the honeydew.

Serve cold in a bowl or over a bed of ice.
