
Ingredients
1/2 cup paneer
1 cup condensed milk
2 1/2 cups sesame seeds
1 tsp ghee
a pinch of saffron
1tsp cardamom powder
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

In a blender, add the paneer.

Give it a coarse grind.

This is how it should look like.

Lightly toast the sesame seeds.

In a non stick pan, add the ghee.

Let it get hot.

Then, add the condensed milk.

After a few minutes, add the paneer.

Cook it for a few minutes.

Then, transfer it into a bowl.

Once the mixture has cooled down, add 3/4 of the toasted sesame seeds, saffron and cardamom powder.

Mix them in thoroughly.

Grease your hands with ghee, take a little mixture and shape it into a ball.

Roll the ball in the remaining sesame seeds.

Put them in small cupcake liners.
Serve fresh.
