
Ingredients
500 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
3 medium onions, cut julienne
1 medium green pepper, cut julienne
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chili paste
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2-3 green/red chilies
2 tsp achari masala
For marinating:
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp vegetable oil/mustard oil
Directions

Mix all the marinating ingredients into a bowl.
Add the paneer to coat completely and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Dry roast the achari masala.

Then and course grind it. Keep aside.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt and milk, and beat thoroughly and keep aside.
In a large pan, add the oil, green/red chilies, then add onions, and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.

Add the ginger, garlic and green chili paste and sauté it till the onions turn red.

Add the tomatoes.

Sauté till the oil separates. This should take at least 10-12 minutes.

Add the green peppers.

Cook them for 5-6 minutes, or till the time they are crisp tender.

Now, add the ground achari masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add the paneer to coat with the tomato and onion masala.
Finally add the beaten yogurt mixture to the pan, mix thoroughly and take it off the heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves and red chilies.

Serve hot with naan or chapatti.
