
Ingredients
– 500ml vegetable stock
– 1½cup mixed vegetables (beans, baby corn, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, tofu etc)
– 3tbsp chili sauce
– 3tbsp soy sauce
– 1tbsp sesame oil (optional)
– 1 red chili
– 2tbsp vinegar
– 3tbsp corn flour
– salt and pepper, to taste
– water, as needed
Method

In a deep bottom pan, add the stock.

Bring it to a boil.

Add the carrots.

Then, add the mushrooms.

Next, add the tofu.

Add the cabbage.

Then, add the beans.

Next, add the baby corn and give it a stir.

Add the pepper.

Then, add the salt.

In a bowl, mix the cornflour and water, and add this to the soup.

Stir it in thoroughly and after a couple of minutes, take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and red chilies.

Serve hot.
