
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled
3 medium tomatoes
2tbsp oil
1tbsp ginger
1tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp cumin powder
1 green chili, deseeded and chopped fine
1tbsp cumin seeds
a handful of coriander, to garnish
pink salt, to taste
Method
This is the list of ingredients.

Chop the tomatoes and add them to a blender. Blend till you get a smooth puree.

To a pan, add oil.

Then, add the cumin seeds.

Next, add the tomato puree.

Cook and cover till the water has almost dried out from the gravy.

This is how it should look when done.

Next, add the ginger and cook for a couple of minutes.

Finally, add the potatoes.

Mix them in and make sure that they are coated well with the tomato gravy.

Then, add the salt.

Add the coriander powder.

Next, add the cumin powder.

Finally, add the green chilies.

Cook for a couple of minutes and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander on top.

Serve hot.
