
Ingredients
1 cup paneer
½ cup green bell peppers, cubed
½ cup onions, cubed
2 bay leaves
½ cinnamon stick
2 big cardamom
2 small cardamom
4 cloves
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
salt, to taste
4 tbsp oil/butter
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, grated
½ cup cream
Directions
This is the list of the ingredients.

In a pan or wok, add oil/butter. Once its hot, add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves and cloves.
Next, add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes.

Then, add the green bell peppers, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.


Then, add the salt, red chili powder, jeera powder and coriander powder.

Next, add paneer and mix to coat completely.

Add the tomato sauce and red chili sauce and coat the paneer completely.


Finally, add the cream and cook for 2-3 minutes and take it off the heat.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
