
Ingredients
1 chicken, cut into 12 pieces
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ginger, chopped fine
2 inch ginger piece, cut julienne
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

Cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

To the chicken, add the salt.

Then, add the vinegar. Mix it in and set aside.

To a pan, add the butter.

Then, add the oil.

Once the butter melts, add the minced ginger.

Saute for a minute and add the chicken.

Cook the chicken for a few minutes and add the pepper.

Then, add the salt.

Add the julienne ginger pieces.

Next, add the freshly ground pepper.

And cook till the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Finally, add the lemon juice. Give it a stir and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle with chopped red chilies and coriander on top.

Squeeze lemon juice as required.

Serve hot.
