
Ingredients (for the onion and tomato paste)
3 tbsp oil/ghee
4 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
3 big onions, chopped fine
2 big tomato, chopped fine
½ cup tomato puree
Ingredients (for the kadhai paneer)
6 tbsp oil/ghee
2 wholedry red chilies, seeds removed (keep the seeds if you like the vegetable to be spicy)

1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt, to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala (Recipe: https://old.desidaawat.com/garam-masala/)
½ yellow pepper, diced into cubes
½ red pepper, diced into cubes
½ green pepper, diced into cubes
water, as needed
½ cup tomato puree
1 medium onion, diced into cubes
250 gms, paneer, cut into cubes
½ cup cream
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


To a pan, add the oil.

Heat the oil and add the onions.

Saute the onions till they turn golden brown.

Next, add the ginger,

Then, add the garlic.

Add the tomatoes and cook on a medium flame till the water evaporates from the tomatoes.

This is how it should look like when done.

Finally, add the tomato puree, cook for a few minutes and take it off the heat.

To a separate pan, add the oil.

Then, add the dry red chilies.

Next, add the onion and tomato paste.

Add the kadhai masala.

Next, add the red chili powder.

Then, add the coriander powder.

Add the salt.

Then, add the garam masala.

Add the chaat masala and mix all the masalas in.

To that, add the yellow pepper.

Next, add the red pepper.

Then, add the green pepper and mix the peppers with the masala.

Add the water and stir it in.

Then, add the tomato puree.

And mix it in.

Add the onions.

Then, add the paneer.

Cook the onions and paneer along with the masala for a few minutes.

Finally add the cream.

Mix it in and take it off the heat.

Serve fresh.
