
Ingredients
1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
3 whole dry red chilies, deseeded and cut into half
2 tbsp garam masala (Recipe: https://old.desidaawat.com/garam-masala/)
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

Dry roast the coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and the red chilies for a few minutes.

Let them cool down and add them to a blender.

Next, add the garam masala.


Blitz into a coarse powder. Make sure that the powder docent become very fine.

This masala will stay in the air tight container for unto 3 to 4 months.
