
Ingredients
18 medium prawns, de-veined and cleaned
2 big cloves of garlic
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil (extra to cook them on a pan)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt, to taste
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the prawns.

Next, add the olive oil.

Add the cajun seasoning.

Then, add the chopped garlic.

Add the lemon juice.

And finally, add the salt.

Give it a good mix and let the prawns marinate for at least 2-3 hours.

Once they have been marinated, put them on skewer sticks.


Cook them on a non stick pan with a little olive oil till they have been cooked on both sides.

Drain off the excess oil on a kitchen towel.


Serve hot.


These can be served on a bed of rice for a complete meal, or as an appetiser.
