2 medium onions, roughly chopped
1 green raw mango, roughly chopped
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp pink salt
salt, to taste
Method

To a blender, add the mint.

Next, add the coriander.

Add the green chili.

Then, add the raw mango.

Add the onions.

Next, add the coriander powder.

Add the garam masala.

Next, add the salt.

Finally, add the pink salt.

Blend everything into a smooth chutney texture.

Serve fresh.

This chutney will stay refrigerated for 2 to 3 weeks.
