Haryali Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

200 gms paneer

¼ cup cashew powder

½ cup spinach, blanched

¼ cup cream

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp mace powder

1 tsp green chili paste

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

¼ cup mint and coriander chutney (Recipe: https://old.desidaawat.com/coriander-and-mint-chutney/)

salt, to taste

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the paneer.

Then, add the coriander and mint chutney.

Add the blanched spinach.

Next, add the salt.

Then, add the green chili paste.

Add the coriander powder.

Next, add the garam masala.

Next, add the mace powder.

Add the cashew powder.

Finally, add the cream.

Mix everything in.

Layer the paneer pieces on skewers with capsicum wedges in between.

Grease a hot plate with oil.

Cook the paneer pieces on all sides till they are cooked completely.

Transfer onto a plate.

Serve hot.
