
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped fine
1 tsp garlic
½ cup tomato paste
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
250 chicken legs
a handful of sesame seeds, to sprinkle on top
Method
This is the list of ingredients.



To a pan, add 1 tbsp oil.

Next, add the onions.

Saute the onions till they turn golden brown.

Add the garlic.

And mix it in.

Next, add the tomato paste.

Mix it in and cook it on a low flame for about 5 minutes.

Add the molasses.

Add the brown sugar.

Finally, add the apple cider vinegar.

Cook this for a few minutes till the sauce thickens, and then take it off the heat.

Add this sauce to the chicken.


And give it a good mix. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours. For best results, marinate it overnight.

To another pan, add 1 tbsp oil.

Next, add the marinated chicken.

Cook the chicken till it has been completely cooked through, stirring in between.


When it has completely cooked, take it off the heat and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.


Serve hot.
