Haryali Fish

Ingredients

500 gms boneless fish

½ cup coriander and mint chutney (Recipe : https://old.desidaawat.com/coriander-and-mint-chutney/

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 cup cashew paste

salt, to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the fish.

Then, add the coriander and mint chutney.

Next, add the cardamom powder.

Add the cashew paste.

Finally, add the salt.

And give it a good mix. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or for best results, overnight.

Layer the fish pieces on a baking tray and brush with the oil on top.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, flip the fish, and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with rice and lemon slices.
