Achari Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

500 gms chicken

2 tbsp lemon juice

salt, to taste

1 tbsp achaar

1 tbsp onion seeds

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp amchur powder

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp chaat masala

1 tsp pink salt

1 tbsp red chili paste

a pinch of red food colour

¼ cup cream

½ cup yogurt

2 tbsp cashew nut paste

2 tbsp mustard oil

butter, to brush the chicken

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the chicken.

Then, add the lemon juice.

Next, add the salt.

Add the achaar.

Then, add the onion seeds.

Next, add the ginger garlic paste.

Add the coriander powder.

Next, add the cumin powder.

Add the dry mango powder.

Add the red chili powder.

Then, add the chaat masala.

Add the pink salt.

Add the red chili paste.

Then, add the red food colour.

Next , add the cream.

Then, add the yogurt.

Add the cashew nut paste.

Finally, add the mustard oil.

Mix it all in and make sure that the chicken is coated completely. Marinate for 2-3 hours, or for best results, marinate overnight in the fridge.

Layer the chicken on skewer sticks.

Brush with butter on top.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes on each side.

Serve hot.
