Aloo Parantha (Navratri)

Ingredients

1 potato, boiled

½cup singhada atta

½cup kuttu atta

⅓ – ½cup warm water

1tsp coriander powder

1tsp ginger

pink salt, to taste

oil, as needed

Method

In a bowl, mash the potatoes.

Add the singhada atta.

Add the kuttu atta.

Then, add the pink salt.

Next, add the ginger.

Add the coriander powder.

Finally, add the water.

Mix the water into the atta with your hands and knead it into a dough.

Take a plastic bag. Clean and dry it thoroughly. On one side, cut it out and grease the insides with a little oil.

Take a little atta and make it into a ball.

Put it in between the plastic bag.

Put a very heavy circular plate on top and press it down.

Remove the plate and with a roller, roll the atta to make a round shape.

Gently, take it out of the plastic.

Put it on a flat hot pan, add a little oil and cook it on both sides.

Top with unsalted butter on top.

Serve hot.
