Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

500 gms boneless chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

4 tbsp plain flour

4 tbsp corn flour (extra for breading)

2 eggs

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp mixed herbs

salt, to taste

oil, to deep fry

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To the bowl with the chicken, add the ginger garlic paste.

Next, add the red chili powder.

Add the cornflour.

Then, add the plain flour.

Add the eggs.

And mix everything in.

Just before frying, add the salt.

And mix it in completely.

To the breadcrumbs, add the mixed herbs.

Then, add the oregano.

Next, add the salt.

And mix everything together.

This is your frying station.

Dip one piece of the chicken in the cornflour and make sure that it is coated completely.

Then, dip it back into the chicken mixture.

Next, coat it with the breadcrumbs.

This is how it looks like after coating.

Deep fry the chicken and drain off the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Serve hot.

Notes: Add the salt at the very end, just before frying, because salt lets out a lot of water.
