Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

3 tomatoes, pureed

1 tbsp Mexican chili powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tbsp sugar

1 tspĀ garlic powder

2 tsp chipotle paste

salt, to taste

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a pan, add the tomato puree.

Next, add the Mexican chili powder.

Add the oregano.

Then, add the sugar.

Next, add the garlic powder.

Add the chipotle paste.

Finally, add the salt.

Mix everything in and let the sauce cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or till it thickens and then take it off the heat.

Serve with Quesadillas, Tortillas or Chimichangas.

Refrigerate the sauce in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
