
Ingredients
2 pieces of white fish fillets, cut into strips
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
salt, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup all purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup breadcrumbs
oil, to deep fry
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


To a bowl, add the fish strips.

Next, add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Add the oregano.

Next, add the salt.

Finally, add the lemon juice.

Mix everything in and let it marinate for at least an hour.

Prepare the breading station with the marinated fish, all purpose flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Take one piece of fish fillet and dip it in the all purpose flour.

Coat it completely and then dip it in the egg.

Coat it with the egg, and then dip it in the breadcrumbs.

Coat with the breadcrumbs and set aside.

Do the same for the remaining fish strips.

Deep fry them till they turn golden brown. Drain off the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Serve hot.
