
Ingredients
4 tbsp ghee
2 pieces of mace
a few cardamom pods
3 onions, chopped fine
1 cup tomato and onion paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp red chili powder

salt, to taste
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp onion paste
4 tbsp cashew nut paste
½ cup cream
¼ cup yogurt
2 tsp kasoori methi
2 tsp lemon jucie

After you have marinated the paneer, follow the below steps.
This is the list of ingredients for the haryali paneer.


To a pan, add the ghee.

Once the ghee is hot, add the mace and green cardamom pods.

Saute for a half a minute.

Then, add the onions.

Saute the onions till they turn golden brown.

Next, add the onion and tomato paste.

Cook the paste with the onions till most of the water has evaporated.

Add the coriander powder.

Next, add the cumin powder.

Then, add the chaat masala.

Add the red chili powder.

Next, add the garam masala.

Add the salt.

Then, add the cardamom powder.

Add the onion paste.

Finally, add the cashew nut paste.

Mix all the masalas in.

Add the cream.

Then, add the yogurt.

Give it a good mix.

Add the marinated paneer to the mixture.

And mix it in.

Add the kasoori methi.

Finally, add the lemon juice. Give it a mix and take it off the heat.

Drizzle with more cream on top.

Serve fresh.
