
Ingredients
1½ cups warm water
2½ tsp yeast
2 tbsp honey (optional)
4 oz chickpea flour
3½ oz millet flour
5½ oz potato starch
4 oz toasted quinoa flour
3 tbsp lightly flavored oil
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp xantham gum
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds (optional)
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


To a bowl, add the sugar.

Then, add the yeast.

Next, add the warm water.

Give it a mix, and let it rest in a warm place for a minimum of 30 minutes.

The yeast will react with the warm water, and you will see a layer of froth on the top.

To this, add the beaten eggs.

Next, add the salt.

Then, add the millet flour.

Next, add the ground quinoa.

Add the chickpea flour.

Then, add the potato starch.

Add the xanthum gum.

Finally, add the oil.

And give it a good mix.

Beat the mixture for a few minutes, till it resembles the below.


Line a bread pan with parchment paper.

Pour the sticky bread mixture into it.

Drop it a few times on a flat surface to even out the top.
You can now sprinkle any kind of seeds you want on top.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

After a few minutes, remove it from the foil.

And let it cool down on a wire rack.


Serve warm or cold.
