To Cook The Macaroni
- water, as needed
- salt, to taste
- 1 package elbow macaroni
- 1tbsp olive oil
Method
To Make The Béchamel Sauce
(1) For The Béchamel Sauce, follow the instructions in the link.
Step2: To Cook The Macaroni
(2) To a clean pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Once boiled, add the salt.
(3) Gently, add the macaroni to the boiling water. Cook the macaroni al dente and drain out the excess water. Add olive oil so that the macaroni does not stick to each other. Transfer the macaroni to a bowl and set aside.
Step3: To Make The Mac And Cheese
(4) Add the béchamel sauce to the macaroni, and mix it in completely.
(5) Take a oven safe dish and grease it with olive oil. Add the macaroni and spread it evenly on the dish. Top it off with more parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
(6) Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 – 30 minutes, till the top has a nice crust. Serve hot.

To that add water.
Bring to a boil and add a little salt.
Stir it in the boiling water.
Gently, add the macaroni to the boiling water.
