2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup mango puree
1 cup sweet condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup leftover mithai
3 slices of white bread, sides removed
a handful of pistachios, chopped. to garnish
a pinch of ground cardamom
a few strands of saffron
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a blender, add the evaporated milk.

Then, add the whipping cream.

Next, add the heavy cream.

Add the sweet condensed milk.

Then, add the mashed mithai.

Next, add the mango puree.

Add the bread slices.

Add the saffron.

Finally, add the cardamom powder.


Blend everything together.

And transfer to a freezer safe box. Freeze overnight.

Scoop out and serve in a bowl.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios on top.
