Red Chili Tofu

Ingredients

250 gms firm tofu, cut into big pieces

4 tbsp red curry paste (Recipe: https://old.desidaawat.com/red-curry-paste/)

1 tbsp lemongrass, minced

1 tbsp ginger, chopped fine

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp vinegar

4 tbsp vegetable oil

¼ spring onions, chopped fine

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the tofu.

To the tofu, add the red curry paste.

Then, add the ginger.

Next, add the lemongrass.

Add the brown sugar.

Then, add the yellow chili powder.

Add the soy sauce.

Then, add the vinegar.

And give it a good mix.

To a pan, add the oil.

Heat the oil and add the tofu pieces to it.

Cook them on both sides till they turn brown.

Layer them on your serving plate.

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, coriander, spring onions and chilies on top. Serve hot.
