
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil (extra from brushing on the prawns)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 cup yogurt
250 gms prawns, peeled and deveined
salt, to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp corn flour
a pinch of red food colour (optional)
Method
This is a list of ingredients.

To a pan, add the oil.

Next, add the onions.

Sauté the onions till they turn golden brown.

Add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Mix them with the sautéed onions.

Transfer this mixture to a blender.

To that, add the yogurt.

Blend it thoroughly and set aside.

To a bowl, add the prawns.

Next, add all the masalas in.

Add a pinch of red food colour (this is optional).


Add the onion and yogurt mixture to the prawns.

And mix it in thoroughly.

Cover and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Put the prawns on the skewers and put them on top of a bread pan. The bread pan will catch the drippings when cooking.

Cook the prawns in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes, flip them over, and cook them for another 5 minutes, or till done.

Serve hot.
