
Ingredients
– 5 packets noodles
– water, as needed
– 2cups vegetables (cabbage, carrots, capsicum, beans, babycorn), chopped julienne
– 2 medium onions, chopped julienne
– a few spring onions, chopped fine
– 1tbsp oil + 1tbsp oil(to grease the noodles)
– 2tbsp chili sauce
– 2tbsp tomato sauce
– 2tbsp soy sauce
– 2 red chilies, chopped julienne
– 1tbsp vinegar
– salt and pepper, to taste
Method
This is the list of ingredients.



In a deep pot, add water and bring to a boil.

Next, add the salt.

Dunk the noodles into the boiling water.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Once cooked, strain out the noodles and discard the excess water.

Add a little oil and mix in the noodles, so that they do not stick to each other.

In a wok, add some oil.

Next, add the ginger.

Then, add the garlic.

Finally, add the onions.

Saute them for a few minutes.

Add the carrots.

Then, add the beans.

Next, add the capsicum.

Then, add the baby corn.

Add the cooked noodles.

Finally, add the cabbage and mix everything in.

Take a clean bowl.

To that, add the tomato ketchup.

Then, add the chili sauce.

Next, add the soy sauce.

Finally, add the vinegar and add this to the noodles.

Add the chilies to the noodles.

Next, add the salt.

Then, add the pepper.

Mix everything in and take it off the heat.

Sprinkle spring onions on top.

Serve hot.
