Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

2cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

2 cups soy milk

2 tsp vinegar

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup oil

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

To a bowl, add the oil.

Then, add the sugar.

Add the vanilla.

Mix together and set aside.

To the all purpose flour, add the cocoa powder.

Then, add the baking powder.

Next, add the baking soda.

Add the salt.

Mix together and set aside.

Sieve this flour into the oil and sugar mixture.

Add the milk.

Mix it all in to make the cake batter.

Oil and flour a cake pan.

Pout the batter into the cake pan.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool down completely before frosting. Serve fresh.

This cake will stay at room temperature (without the frosting) for 3-4 days, and up to a week when refrigerated.
