
Ingredients
5 ¾ flour
2 ¼ milk or buttermilk
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
Directions
Take the flour in a big bowl.

Add the salt.

Then add the yeast.

Next, add the melted butter.

Finally, add the milk or buttermilk.

Mix in the water throughly and add more flour if required (not more than ¼ cup).

Put the dough onto your work surface.

And form it into the shape of a ball.

Stretch the dough out with your hands.

And then knead it with your hands for about 10 minutes, till it turns soft and pliable.


Form it in the shape of a ball.

Then roll it out into a rectangle.

Put it on a baking paper and let it rest for an hour.

After an hour, it should have risen considerably.

Take a clean knife and cut 2 slits into it before baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let it cool down completely before cutting or serving.
