Yellow Curry Paste

Ingredients

1tsp cumin powder

1tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

7 dry red chilies

1 lemongrass, chopped

2 shallots, chopped

5 cloves of garlic

7 one-inch pieces of ginger

7 one-inch pieces of galangal

water, as needed

Method

This is a list of ingredients.

Add these ingredients to a blender.

Add a little water.

And blend into a smooth paste.

This paste will stay in the refrigerator for a week.

You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
