
Combining a traditional Indian dessert like Kulfi (Indian ice-cream) with avocado makes this an ideal dessert for a tropical climate and especially enjoyable during the summer months.

Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can heavy cream
- 3 slices of white bread (no sides)
- 1 can whipping cream
- 100 gms softened cottage cheese (paneer)
- Nuts (optional)
- 5 fully ripe Avocado pulp
Method
- In a bowl, whip the cream till soft peaks are formed.
- Add whipped cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, bread and avocado pulp to the blend and blend a few times.
- Add the cottage cheese (paneer) and blend a few times.
- This mixture does not have to be very smooth.
- Slowly fold in the whipped cream and add the nuts and freeze it for a few hours before serving.
