
Ingredients
250 gms bhel mix
½ cup onions, chopped fine
½ cup tomatoes, chopped fine
½ cup potatoes, boiled and cut into small cubes
a big handful of coriander leaves, chopped
1 cup papdi (Recipe here: https://old.desidaawat.com/papdi/)
½ cup peanuts, roasted
½ cup chana, roasted
½ cup sev, to garnish on top
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
salt, to taste
Method
This is a list of ingredients.



To the bowl with the masalas, add the lemon juice.

Then, add the green chutney.

Next, add the tamarind chutney.

Mix everything in, and set aside.

Add the bhel mix into a big bowl.

To that, add the onions.

Next, add the tomatoes.

Add the potatoes.

Next, add the papdi.

Add the roasted chana.

Finally, add the roasted peanuts.

Add the dressing.

And mix everything in.

Next, add the coriander.

Then, add the sev.


Mix everything in and transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve fresh.
