1 cup rice
2 cups water
salt, to taste
10 peppercons
a few mint leaves
2 cardamom pods
2 onions, cut lengthwise and deep fired

Method
This is a list of ingredients to make the rice and assemble the biryani.



Wash the rice with water and drain off the excess water.

Add water to the rice.


Then, add the mint leaves.

Next, add the cardamom pods.

Add the black peppercorns.

Then, add the salt.


Cook the rice till well done.

Deep fry the onions and drain out the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Take a oven safe dish and brush the dish with butter.


Add half of the rice at the bottom.


Mix the saffron in milk.


Add half of the saffron milk to the rice.


Next, add half of the haryali paneer and make sure that the rice is covered completely.


Add half of the onions on to the paneer.


Repeat the process with rice, saffron milk, haryali paneer and onions.


Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
