
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (cut into 10 – 12 pieces)
1 tsp vinegar
½ cup cashew nut paste
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp hung yogurt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chili paste
2 tsp cornflour
½ tsp white pepper powder
salt, to taste
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp oil
Method
This is a list of ingredients.


To the chicken breasts, add the vinegar. Give it a mix and let it rest for 5 – 10 minutes.

Next, add the cashew nut paste.

Then, add the cream.

Add the yogurt.

Next, add the ginger and garlic paste.

Add the green chili paste.

Next, add the cornflour.

Add the white pepper powder.

Next, add the salt.

Add the lemon juice.

Add the mace powder.

Then, add the nutmeg powder.

And mix everything in.

Blend the cheese in a blender.

And finally, add this to the chicken marination.


Mix everything in.

Transfer the chicken into a bowl.


Add oil, mix it in and let marinate for at least 3 – 4 hours.

For best results, let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, remove it from the fridge, and put the chicken pieces onto skewers. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes on each side.

Serve hot.
